  1. Brendan Gleeson

Known for his acting skills, and love for music, Brendan is also passionate about the culture in Ireland. Although Brendan didn’t start off as an actor, he became one eventually and is also a director. He went to the University College Dublin to study English and Irish. Once he was out of college, he began to teach and later on, started his career in acting. He is known especially by his fellow citizens in Ireland for his roles in movies such as Braveheart, Gangs of New York, 28 Days Later, Michael Collins, and The General. 

Brendan Gleeson has been nominated for multiple awards and can be seen in other movies like The Treaty, I Went Down, Cold Mountain, Troy, Kingdom of Heaven, Lake Placid, Artificial Intelligence: AI, The Village, and Into the Storm where he acted as Winston Churchill and won an award. He also acted in some of the Harry Potter movies, which is one of the most popular film series based on J.K Rowling’s book. Brendan married Mary Weldon in 1982, and they have four sons.
